Due to extensive technical maintenance, the “My Vonovia” customer app and the contact form on our website will not be available from Thursday evening, June 5 (from around 6:00 p.m.) until Tuesday morning, June 10 (probably 7:00 a.m.).
Telephone availability for emergencies only
During this period - also due to the public holiday weekend - you can only reach our customer service by telephone on +49 234 414 700 000 in emergencies (such as acute water damage, gas leaks or power outages).
From June 10, our app and the contact form (expected from 7 a.m.) as well as the telephone hotline (expected from 8 a.m.) will be available for you again as usual.

Use the many convenient features and Vonovia services whenever and wherever you want to – quickly and easily. Notifications regarding jobs and work are sent directly to your cell phone, the app makes it easy for you to organize service requests and appointments yourself, track the status of your requests online in real time, and view all Vonovia documents in your personal mailbox. The app also offers interesting news and information on your home and the direct vicinity.

As easy as app – the digital lease agreement
Once you receive the email with your personal login details, download the “My Vonovia” app from Google Play or the App Store. You can then conclude your lease agreement as part of a straightforward digital process. Simply complete these four steps:
- Please register with your email address and choose your own password.
- Open your email inbox and click on the link in the confirmation email. You can now log into the app using the login details you received earlier (email address and password).
- Now enter the personal access code that you have also received by email in combination with your customer number.
- Confirm your lease agreement. Upload all documents relevant to the lease (e.g. personal ID card, proof of income).
